DOSAGE
Recommended Dosage: Adults: Take 1 capsule a day after a meal. Children 3+ years: Take 1 capsule every second day. Separate capsule and mix contents with unheated food or liquid. Or as directed by your healthcare professional. Not to be used in children under 2 years of age without medical advice.
