All those pilates classes and hours at the gym may whip your bod into shape, but all that sweaty exercise can give your skin a real beating!
Sweat left on your face can clog your pores and cause some serious skin problems. And for those times when it’s not possible to shower straight after your workout, make it a habit to carry cleansing wipes in your gym bag. Cleansing wipes clear away dirt and oil while helping to prevent future breakouts, but remember, they’re not a substitute for a shower!
