We asked Rhonda from OFF Wax and Brow Bar to show us how to get kick-ass, catwalk style brows - because no one knows brows like she does. Her step-by-step guide is easy to follow, so there is no excuse to be wandering around with un-groomed face-framers.

HOW TO: dress your brows

Before

Be objective about your brows! Assess where there are gaps, holes and areas to maximise.  Dressing brows is about addressing these issues and defining the angles, arches and strength of your brow shape.

Start by brushing brows into shape to identify the key areas to fill.

Brush up in the bulk of the brow and taper down at the ends with a mascara wand

Using an angled brush, gently apply powder to fill gaps and define a straight line underneath and along the top to the arch.  Taper down the tail. 

With powder remember less is more.  Don’t add to much in the bulk of the brow.  Brush through for natural finish and if you feel like they are too heavy, continue brushing through to remove more powder.

Place a semi circle of highlighter directly under the arch

Using a synthetic flat brush blend up into the arch and drop down .  This creates the illusion of more of an arch and opens the eyes

Set brows into place with brow gel.  Using the brush you can create a fuller
look by brushing brow hairs up in the anchor or groom them flat for a more
polished look.

Using the brow gel drop the tail of the brow down to complete the arch.
