Many women seem to be scared of liquid eyeliner and avoid it at all costs - but it is a lot easier than you think and there is little else that gives such an amazing easy, totally striking effect...
oooh line me up, baby
Step one: prep the eyelid and lightly powder.
Step two: you will be applying the eyeliner in two sections
Section 1:
Using the liquid liner brush, starting from the inner corner of the top eyelid, lay the brush slightly on its side and carefully draw a line as close to the lashes as possible – stop halfway across the eye. As you become more practised at theis you will realise that you can control the width of the line you draw by how much pressure you use and how much of the brush actually touches they eyelid.
Section 2:
Stencil time! Apply sellotape on an angle from the outer corner of your eye to act as a stencil. To get a good idea of what angle it should be on, you should image that the stencil line starts at the outer corner of your eye. Finish applying the liner from the centre and through along the line of the sellotape.
Tips:
If you make a mistake or get a little wiggle in the line, a cotton bud soaked in oil based eye makeup remover wielded with a very careful hand can fix mistakes

Love the Neutrogena range of moisturisers - they are inexpensive, non-greasy and actually work! SPF means you don't need to worry about putting sunscreen on your face.
