Hiya, I'm your humble bottle of household cows milk - but I am SO much more than a breakfast staple! - find out how milk can multi-task as part of your skin care routine...
Lactic acid is a gentle, yet effective exfoliator - and you don't have to fork out big money to reap the benefits as a great source of it can be found right there in your fridge - in your humble carton of milk!
It is great for those with sensitive skin as it works gently to remove dead skin without irritating.
Ways to use it:
- Next time you take a bath, add two cups of milk to the water and have a good old soak, Cleopatra style.
- Soak a soft flannel in milk and genty rub the flannel in circular movements over the face to remove dry skin.
- Moisten a cotton ball with cold milk and wipe it over your face. Leave the milk on your skin for 10 minutes and wash away with lukewarm water
- Soak dry hands or feet in a bowl of warm water with a cup of milk added to it, to soften and exfoliate the skin before giving yourself an at-home manicure or pedicure.

I love this. It's so full of goodies and makes my skin glow. Best used after Dermalogica's yummy thermofoliant!
