Float into spring looking more magical than ever.

With springs arrival we are seeing lots of soft, peachy, ultra glossy and romantic looks coming through.
It’s time to say goodbye to the dark heavy hues of winter in favour of floral inspired girliness. The look is ultra feminine, fresh, young and pretty- think dewy skin and soft pinks.

Many a makeup brands have released limited edition collections that show this fabulous look in all its glory.
Clinique have come out with their First Blush collection which is filled with soft feminine colours that will give a natural glow to the skin without being over powering. The set is simple yet attractive and really shows the true essence of spring.
My favourite product is the Quick Blush:  Clinique has made blush a whole lot easier and more convenient. The brush is preloaded with cheek colour so you get the right amount with each application. The blush is water resistant and stays on all day and comes in four shades.

Not to be outdone Estee Lauder has just launched Fuchsia Now which lets you experience a spring awakening as soft neutral tones are inspired by a splash of refreshingly bold fuchsia.  Must have product?  Estee Lauder Signature Hydra Lustre Lipstick in Rich Berry as it really sums up this trend in one product.

Another collection I love for spring is Elizabeth Arden’s Bronze Minerals Collection. The new Bronze Minerals bronzes your face and blushes your cheeks with warm, rich tones and skin-enhancing benefits.  I have been using the Pure Finish Mineral Cheek Colour in Rosy Glow every day; it’s become a handbag staple.

This campaign shot of model Heather Marks for Nars pretty much defines the spring look for me - It’s very romantic and feminine but still has that innocent edginess, just like every woman has.
