Ahh Zambesi, I don’t think I have ever seen a pretty face, bright lip orglowing cheek bonesat one of their shows. I’ve seen strong brows and last year’s take on the smokey eye with just black kohl painted under the eye but this year was really something else. Let's just say they like to keep things dark and moody.

Amber D from MAC keyed the looks which was a combination of black or white lines painted on the face around the eyes.

Skin was kept as bare and pale as possible, using studio sculpt foundation and prep and prime powder to contour. Eyes were simple - curled lashes and a slight definition using NC15 and NW2- cromagraphic pencil. Lips were pared back with Lip Erase and highlighted with Vanilla pigment.

The whole thing reminded me of some kind of football team or warrior tribe – probably not something I will be trying anytime soon.
