She has graced the catwalk and proven she can work the camera – and is the pin up blonde representing Air New Zealand Fashion Week. We chat to her about her beauty loves and what makes her happy…

How did you get into modeling?
It was something I stumbled upon. My mother was a model in her day so people assumed I would follow in her footsteps. It's not something I wanted to make a career out of but I think I’ve gone far for a girl who has managed to do it at the same time as getting a commerce degree and still model internationally. I've learned to enjoy it a lot more but it's not all I'm capable of so I'm looking forward to my future in the corporate world!

What is your beauty regime?
Cleanse, tone, moisturise, protect with sunscreen. I also try exercise 30 minutes a day and drink around 2L water every day.

Locally: Stolen Girlfriends Club, Karen Walker, Kate Sylvester, Nom*d, and I'm liking some of Juliette Hogan’s designs lately too.

What has been your favorite beauty look from a show you have done?
To be honest, none so far! They all go a bit 'crazy fashion' and make you look deathly or you end up with a million colours on your face! I like Trelise Cooper as she makes girls look pretty and feminine but still up to date when it comes to the latest in make-up trends.

What defines ‘beauty’ to you?
Without sounding like a hippy i think beauty is that certain something that makes you look twice at something or someone; it might be aura of confidence or happiness. I really believe that beauty is in the eye of the beholder and everybody has something beautiful about them.

Happiness is…
Cuddles with my boyfriend, laughing with my mum, spending summer days at the beach with friends and holidays in Paris… having picnics in the Versailles gardens.
