First seen at the S/S 2010 collection, Chanel’s much-hyped-about tattoo transfers are finally going on sale.
The set of 55 trompe-l'oeil stick-on tattoos contains varying designs from the original Paris barn-yard show, including swallows, rosary beads, Karl Lagerfeld's beloved chains and pearl bracelets, the iconic double-C logos and sweet cherry blossom flowers.
Now I haven’t managed to get my hands on the actual limited edition tattoos as yet but based on the ones I saw on the runway and in Chanel's spring imagery they look truly gorgeous. I can definitely feel a ‘Jade’ style waiting list for these babies.
For those a tad shady on how to apply the temporary tattoos (I know it’s been a long time since I last applied one), here’s how you do it.
Start by cutting out your chosen tattoo and tear away the protective film. Apply face down to clean, dry skin and press with a damp sponge to transfer the print across. To remove, simply scrub with an exfoliator.
These beautiful, wallet friendly and pain-free temporary tattoos are the perfect way to show your love for the French fashion house.

Love the Neutrogena range of moisturisers - they are inexpensive, non-greasy and actually work! SPF means you don't need to worry about putting sunscreen on your face.
