Beauty Bible Hot Eight......

Eight products the Beauty Bible team cant live without...

Johnson's Holiday Skin:

An oldie but a goodie, Johnsons's Holiday Skin has become a firm staple in most bathrooms. It’s a fabulous light-textured, gradual tanning, moisturising cream. It also spreads easily and is quickly absorbed, so no nasty oily residue just refreshingly soft, tanned and supple skin.

M.A.C Bronzing Powder:

As we say in the office everything looks better with a tan and M.A.C Bronzing Powder is the easiest not to mention safest way to get that bronzed babe look. It’s a lightly frosted, tinted powder that gives skin sheer, natural colour effects and highlights which makes it ideal for enhancing skin tone or to accent or strengthen a tan.  It’s available in four different shades so you can easily find one to suit.

Fudge Dry Shampoo:

Having really fine hair means I usually need to wash it everyday (which is a real pain), otherwise it ends up looking super oily. Thats why dry shampoo has become one of my top products. It is a waterless aerosol shampoo that instantly refreshes hair between washes. The unique spray on powder technology cleans hair in a flash and soaks up excess oil leaving you with hair thats shiny and full of body and bounce.
To use: Spray generously into the scalp area and massage through. Leave for 2 minutes then brush through several times.

Dermalogica MultiVitamin Thermafoliant:

This powerful skin polisher combines physical and chemical exfoliants to refine skin texture and enhance penetration of age-fighting vitamins into skin. Resurfacing microgranules gently polish off dulling skin cells to reveal smoother, fresher skin immediately. The unique thermal technology plus Lactic Acid activates upon contact with water to stimulate cell turnover, while Prickly Pear Extract accelerates skin’s natural exfoliation process. White Tea suppresses the formation of collagen-degrading MMPs while Licorice and vitamins A, C and E brighten skin tone; provide antioxidant defence against damaging free radicals and help promote skin firmness. I swear it’s like a face lift in a bottle and without the hefty price tag!

Billion Dollar Brows Brow Powder:

Sadly not all of us naturally have killer big, bold brows which are very in at the moment but that doesn’t mean you cant fake them thanks to Billion Dollar Brows brow powder.  It’s as simple as dabbing the powder and glide along your brow line with an angled brush. The powder is formulated to stay on all day and washes off with any makeup remover plus it comes in blonde, light brown, taupe and raven so you can perfectly match your natural colour.

Smashbox Photo Op Under Eye Brightener:

Try as we might those pesky under eye circles just never seem to disappear! However Smashbox has come up with the newest and most innovative way to disguise them. The Photo Op Under Eye Brightener immediately wakens and brightens skin while adding moisture to prepare for concealer application.  It also contains lots of skin-boosting ingredients like Vitamin E, red wine extract, peptides and marine collagen, to help disguise and repair fine lines and wrinkles – such an added bonus to an already amazing product.

Victor & Rolf Flowerbomb

Flowerbomb was the debut fragrance from Amsterdam-based design team Viktor & Rolf. It was designed to evoke an explosion of flowers but it really starts with lots of sugar candy and a dash of citrus and settles into a sweet vanilla mixed with amber and patchouli - it’s my all time favourite! Flowerbomb has also just been released in a mini size, perfect for the handbag but sadly they’re not available in New Zealand as yet so I ordered mine online.

M.A.C Eye Pencil in Coffee

The M.A.C Eye Pencils are formulated to provide rich, consistent colour using ingredients that have virtually no irritancy potential so are great for sensitive eyes. They are comfortable to apply and sharpen to a fine point to allow for a precise application. They are long-lasting and don't cake or streak. I love the coffee colour because it's still super dark but not as harsh as black.

I have it and it is great! As long as you dab it under your eyes and not rub, it makes a huge difference! I've tried heaps of other stuff and nothing else has worked the same for me! x
