JOICO International Director, Lance Blanchette created a modern twist on the traditional chignon at Carla Zampatti’s RAFW 2011 show, a look which complimented the beautiful clothes perfectly.

ACHIEVE THE LOOK WITH JOICO products in six simple steps:
Apply K-Pak Thermal Design Foam to clean, dry hair and blow dry using fingers to create a soft natural texture.
Apply a very small amount of K-Pak Restorative Oil to add shine from the scalp to the mid-crown, avoiding the ends for a different texture.
Part hair in the centre and pull to the back in a soft natural ponytail.
Spray with Design Collections Texture Spray to create a distinctively different texture from the scalp “grainy surface texture".
Dependent on how thick the hair is separate the pony into two or three side sections and fishtail braid each section.
Wrap each braid around the ponytail to create an “of the minute” chignon. Hold the style in place, spray with Design Collections Flexible Shaping Spray.
