IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) is light created by a Medical Approved Machine. A handpiece is used to pulse the light through the skin surface. The Light is attracted to the pigment, melanin which is in the hair. As this light is attracted to the melanin in the hair, heat is created at the hair root level, and this disrupts the hair growing cycle causing it to stop growing, So you can have the feeling of silky smooth skin!

We use a Luminex L900 machine that has FDA and CE approval. This machine is widely used in many countries throughout the world with HUGE success. All our Technicians have been trained with a High Degree of Knowledge of how IPL and Laser works on our skin. Our therapists are certified by Reputable New Zealand Colleges to perform safe and effective treatments on all skin types

Treatment times will vary dependent on the size of the area that is being treated. For example an upper lip procedure can be accomplished within 5 - 10 mins, for each treatment over the course of the treatments.
