Matte Morphose is a foundation innovation that recreates a perfect skin surface and combines a velvety matte finish with luminous radiance.
To mark the launch of this amazing product Beauty Bible and other beauty Editors were invited to Main Course Cooking School where we got to whip up a Strawberry and Plum soufflé, with a little help from leading pastry chef Matthew Metcalf of course.
Check out some images from the event below, I must say the soufflé Melissa Williams King and I created was extremely tasty. Melissa even taught me how to separate egg whites, something I had refused to do till then as raw eggs freak me out.

With Matte Morphose, the L’Oreal team has succeeded in reconciling a foundation paradox. Inconceivable only a few years ago, Matte Morphose provides a finish that is both matte yet luminous. This is achieved using a luminous technology called mati-crysatl – a translucent gel that absorbs oil to reduce shine, while letting light pass through to restore a luminous complexion
The products soufflé texture is achieved through a breeze of air-filled micro-balloons that allow it to glide over the skin for a soft and light coverage, which also allows the skin to breath.
The face of Matte Morphose is the beautiful Diane Kruger who has just been announced as a new worldwide Spokesperson for L’Oreal Paris. “It’s a great honour and a huge pleasure to become Spokesperson for L’Oreal Paris. I admire the brand, not only for the quality and innovation of it’s products, but also because it represents diversity and excellence across the world, values which are close to my heart”.
Matte Morphose will be available mid June at all L’Oreal makeup stockists for $41.99
