It’s that time of the year to don your berets and dig out your French-English dictionaries, because bright days are ahead as the French Film Festival hits New Zealand!

Gold sponsor L’Oréal Paris is once again running six charity screenings this time of the French film ‘Bright Days Ahead’ with all proceeds going to the Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation charity.

L'Oréal Paris NZ began its relationship with OCRF in 2011 and also supports the foundation in other countries including the UK, the USA and Australia.

The French Film Festival charity screenings are now in their fourth year and are one of OCRF’s key fundraising activities. In 2013 L’Oréal-supported screenings raised more than $21,000.

The funds raised from the screenings of ‘Bright Days Ahead’ will continue to assist the OCRF in its vital research to develop an early detector to fight the insidious disease and reduce the death rate from ovarian cancer.

This year’s L’Oréal Paris sponsored charity film screens in Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin. For more information and session times click here

Tickets cost $30 with all proceeds going to the Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation for the benefit of New Zealand women. A L'Oréal Paris gift bag and a glass of bubbles on arrival is included in the ticket price and the L’Oréal Paris Beauty Station will be at each theatre to look after your beauty needs.
