Delivery Process

Beauty Bible Store deliveries are handled by Post Haste Couriers, a company that offers the highest level of professionalism.

FREE shipping for any orders over $100

Standard Delivery within Auckland $4.00

Delivery outside of Auckland $8.00

Shipping takes 7-10 days.

Deliveries will be dispatched on receipt of payment, weekdays only, subject to stock being available.
 

FAQs

Q: Where do you get your products from?
A: We work with both New Zealand distributors and a global network of reputable suppliers to source the product. While slight packaging variances may occur due to the international sourcing, we guarantee all our products are 100% genuine from the original manufacturer.

Q: What are branded imports?
A: Branded imports are where the New Zealand retailer has purchased the product from an overseas distributor rather than the New Zealand distributor. Products may be made to different specifications for overseas markets. Often the products can be purchased at a cheaper price from an overseas distributor, the saving can then be passed on to the customer. The goods must still meet all New Zealand laws and standards for safety, they cannot be counterfeit, and retailers are still bound by the Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act.

Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: Our dispatch and delivery times will vary depending on your location and the day you place your order. Please visit our Delivery and Returns page for more information.

Q: Do you send samples?
A: Unfortunately we are unable to send out samples as a pre-purchase tester due to the high volume of products we stock. However, testers are sometimes included as a bonus with orders if we have them available.

Q: Can you advise me on what products will best suit my skin?
A: At Beauty Bible we are all about selling top brands at affordable prices. We do not specialise in skincare or makeup consultations. If you have certain skincare requirements or require advise on colour selection, we suggest seeking the advice of an expert in these areas. Once you know which products are right for you, come back to us for great prices on those products.

Q: What if I am unhappy with the product?
A: At Beauty Bible we aim to provide customers with products they know and love. It is our expectation that you will have already tried and experienced the product before. If you have ordered the wrong product, then you can follow our Returns Process for a refund, please see our Delivery and Returns page. Items must be unopened and unused. If the product is faulty or damaged upon receipt, please email info@beautybible.co.nz so we can organise the return and refund of the product.
 

Returns Policy

Beauty Bible Store hopes you will be delighted with your purchase.  However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned within fourteen days of your receipt of good provided they are in their original, unopened and unused condition.

Please follow the following steps below to return your goods to Beauty Bible Store.

Step 1. Please email our customer services team at info@beautybible.co.nz to obtain a returns authorisation number (RAN). You will need to provide full details of your customer order number, which is provided in the documentation that arrives with your order, together with details of the items you wish to return.

Step 2. Once you have received your RAN please enter it into the space provided on the returns form included in the documentation you receive with our order.  You also need to indicate on this form whether you would like a refund, replacement or exchange.  Please remember that in order for the return to be processed you must ensure that the completed form is included with your return package and that the goods are wrapped securely in the same outer packaging in which you received it.

Step 3. Please return your package by recorded delivery (retaining your recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage) using the pre-printed shipping label supplied with your shipping order.

Step 4. All goods will be examined upon receipt as for reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on any opened or used goods.  We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund, replacement or exchange has been processed.  During busy periods, please allow a maximum of 30 days for your refund, replacement or exchange to be processed.

Your payment for the goods will be refunded by Beauty Bible Store as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later than 30 working days after we have received the goods.  Please note that delivery charges are not refunded.

In addition to our returns policy you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the date of the receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return of the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition.  Where goods are delivered to a third party you may also exercise this right if you are able to return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition.

Damaged Items

We will refund any items damaged in transit, at our cost, just as soon as we receive the damaged item back. We apologise for any inconvenience. It would also be very helpful if you were able to include some digital pictures of the damage so we may be able to assess it and process your replacement quicker
